Engineer should do regular check on rotating machine because of maintain the machine to operate smoothly. They should check that which machine operate in healthy way and which is not if they see some fault then they can immediately recovery that machine. Sometime what happen in industry that if technician or engineer don’t do the regular check on the machine if sudden machine get big fault on any equipment and it may take few day to repair or a month then industry face some difficulties if, they do regular base check then they protect the machine before fault so, regular check is very important in any industry.
Accelerometers is very common in industry to analysis the vibration in machine and which different type of vibration. After analysis then technician have to solve the problem. Whenever engineer see that the vibration cross the normal limits then immediate action should take according to base on data collected from the machine for overcome the machine fault. An engineer can recognize the some fault or some wrong machine by feeling the heat or listening the noise of the machine.
Sensor generate the electrical signal which is divided to the accelerometer of the vibration thing where sensor is fixed. Most important thing that sensor should be fixed on vibration object otherwise it may go something wrong or get wrong on feedback so, it is important thing. Many sensor have magnet for accurate attachment with this object. An engineer should prepare the vibration format reading which is containing in three location that is horizontal, vertical and axial.
